 Description: GrinnellShare is Grinnell College’s new intranet built using SharePoint 2013. This 2-hour workshop is a hands-on introduction to GrinnellShare. In part 1, you will learn about the many features of GrinnellShare such as libraries, lists, announcements, calendars, discussion boards, and more. You will also learn how to create and modify views to better work with and organize documents and data.

This workshop is open to anyone and is a prerequisite to Intro to GrinnellShare, part 2. Both part 1 and part 2 of Intro to GrinnellShare must be taken before taking Managing GrinnellShare Sites.

At this session, participants will learn about their role in preventing discrimination and harassment, supporting individuals who disclose harassment, and how Grinnell policies and procedures relate to Title IX and the SaVE act.

• Gain an understanding of bystander behavior and your role

• Gain an understanding of the resources available to victims of harassment and your role in supporting them

• Gain an understanding of what constitutes discrimination and harassment and how to report it
